Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions governing conference participation, registration, and use of our services.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all participants completing a booking request for any of our international conferences and events. By acknowledging these Terms & Conditions, you signify acceptance of all provisions mentioned below.

1. Organization and Management

The international events and conferences are organized and managed by IRC INFOSPARKS LLP (referred to as “Innovative Research Consultancy”). References to “us,” “we,” and “our” shall be construed accordingly.

2. Business Relationship

You acknowledge and accept that we have the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you, including but not limited to announcements on social media. Such announcements shall not be disparaging or otherwise adverse to your business.

3. Application and Registration

All applications to register for conferences and all orders to purchase relevant documentation packs are made subject to these Terms & Conditions, which shall apply to the exclusion of any terms imposed by you.

4. Changes and Postponements

We reserve the right to make necessary changes regarding venue, timings, speakers, and programme schedule due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any expenditure, damage, or loss incurred by you due to postponement or date changes.

5. Event Updates and Notifications

Postponement, cancellation, or any changes to conferences and events will be updated on our website and notified through email communications from time to time.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, sociable, productive, and welcoming environment where everyone can participate without discrimination, harassment, or violence of any kind. You are required to treat everyone with respect and consideration. Non-compliance may result in removal from the premises. Registration for any conference or event constitutes agreement to follow this code of conduct.

7. Reporting Misconduct

You can report any behavior inconsistent with our principles to onsite venue staff. Appropriate actions will be taken, and complete safety and escorts will be provided to ensure your security for the duration of the event.

8. Prohibited Behavior

We prohibit discrimination and harassment of anyone, including attendees, delegates, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, staff members, service providers, organizers, or guests. Unacceptable behavior includes (but is not limited to) unwanted verbal attention, unwanted touching, intimidation, stalking, shaming, or bullying.

9. Anti-Discrimination Policy

Discrimination on the basis of gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, national origin, or ethnicity is treated as misconduct.

10. Event Images

If you require images related to the event, we will provide them upon request.

11. Use Restrictions

We impose restrictions on the use of any images, audio, video, or recordings of our events for purposes including social media marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

12. Filming and Photography Policies

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

  • We may use photographs, videos, and audio recordings in event-related activities, promotions, advertisements, and social media in both electronic and print formats for event purposes only.
  • We disclaim all liability for the capture of your image or video in any multimedia format by other participants at the event.
  • If you do not wish to be filmed or captured in any event, you may write to us via email prior to attending the event.

13. Data Privacy

The information you supply after registration will be kept as a record. We are committed to data privacy and will protect your personal information wherever necessary.

14. Email Communications

By submitting your email address at the time of registration, you agree to our policy and consent to receiving regular updates about conferences and events held by us.

15. Information Sharing

We may share personal information provided by you with our third-party service providers engaged in conference operations and with our co-sponsors for event purposes only.

16. Third-Party Disclosure

Except for disclosure to the parties mentioned above, we will not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your consent.

17. Unsubscribe Service

If you do not wish to be contacted in the future for event purposes, write to us via email to unsubscribe from this service.

18. Reviewer Comments

Comments provided by reviewers are individual and independent views based on their area of knowledge and expertise. Negative comments received are not considered acts of offense.

19. Constructive Feedback

Views and comments expressed by reviewers are not intended to discourage or disrespect the work of authors. Feedback should be taken positively for improvement and value addition to existing research work.

20. Reviewer Confidentiality

The information of the reviewer body is highly confidential and cannot be disclosed at any point in time, even if claimed or requested.

21. Publication and Indexing

We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or indexed. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish conference papers that do not meet their quality standards. Indexing services independently evaluate and determine what they will index. These procedures are dynamic and liable to change.

22. Publication Timeline

The publication time for papers is not fixed. It may take up to 6-9 months from the date of conference completion or longer for processing. This timeline may be extended due to unavoidable circumstances, publisher requirements, or delayed responses by authors to publishers’ queries.

23. Visa Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of participants to manage their visa requirements. Attendees who require entry visas must allow sufficient time for the application procedure and should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine appropriate timing.

24. Visa Refund Policy

If you fail to procure a visa after registration and cannot attend the event, we are not responsible for the situation and do not offer refunds in such circumstances. However, you may be permitted to join the event virtually through online mode to attend and make presentations.

25. Age and Liability

Registration is limited to participants aged 18 or above. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury (including loss of life), illness, disability, property damage, or property theft you may suffer or sustain before, after, or during the event, unless it has occurred due to negligence by us.

26. Speaker Information Sharing

Contact details and personal information of speakers who have agreed to be part of our conference may be shared with event attendees. We may also post information containing names, affiliations, email addresses, and photographs on our conference websites for visitor knowledge.

27. Speaker Views and Liability

The views and comments expressed by speakers at conferences are their own and based on their expertise. We do not accept any liability for advice or views expressed by any speaker at the conference.

28. Website Framing

We prohibit the creation of frames around our web pages that alter or affect the visual presentation of any of our websites.

29. Governing Law and Amendments

These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Law. We reserve the right to change, revise, add, or remove any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. If any one or more terms and conditions are revised or removed, the remaining conditions remain valid and applicable to all participants of the events, including speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
