Payment Policy

This policy outlines the registration and payment procedures for authors and participants attending conferences organized by IRC INFOSPARKS LLP (Innovative Research Consultancy).

Instructions for Author(s) Registration & Payment of Registration Fee

1. Mandatory Author Registration

Each paper must be registered by at least one author for presentation in the conference and subsequent publication in Springer.

2. Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees for each category are defined in the conference-specific registration tables. Registration fees can be paid through online payment transfer using the provided payment gateway. The conference registration process is managed by Innovative Research Consultancy. For security reasons, sharing card details via email will not be accepted.

3. Additional Registration Categories

Additional Paper Registration and Co-author Registration charges apply as mentioned in the conference-specific registration table.

4. Extra Page Length Charges

Extra page length charges are strictly applicable beyond 12 pages. In such cases, you must make a combined fund transfer (i.e., Normal Registration + Extra Page Charges).

5. Presentation Mode

Papers must be presented in the conference either virtually (online) or physically (offline) based on the mode selected by the presenter at the time of registration and payment.

6. Refunds and Adjustments

In case of any additional or erroneous payment made by a candidate, the refund will be processed within 15 working days. Alternatively, the candidate may opt for a discount voucher applicable to a future event.

7. Payment Confirmation

Kindly take a snapshot of the payment confirmation page while making the payment. This will be required for verification and grievance resolution.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration without any valid reason is not permissible.

9. Payment Deadline and Terms

Registration must be paid and confirmed before the specified deadline. We may revise our terms and conditions in accordance with government norms, for example, to reflect changes in relevant laws, regulatory requirements, or improvements.

10. Grievance Redressal

Authors are advised to share their grievances at info@ircinfosparks.com along with the snapshot of the payment confirmation page obtained while making the payment.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store credit card information on our servers. For your security, never share your card details via email or unsecured channels.
