Refund Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation procedures for conference registrations managed by IRC INFOSPARKS LLP (Innovative Research Consultancy).

Refund Processing

1. Erroneous or Additional Payments

In case of any additional or erroneous payment made by a candidate, the refund will be processed within 15 working days. Alternatively, the candidate may opt for a discount voucher applicable to a future event.

2. Payment Confirmation Requirements

Kindly take a snapshot of the payment confirmation page while making the payment. This confirmation is required for processing any refund requests or resolving payment-related issues.

Cancellation Policy

3. Registration Cancellation

Cancellation of registration without any valid reason is not permissible. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made without legitimate grounds.

Mode Change Policy

4. Advance Notice for Mode Change

Change of registration mode from Physical (offline) to Online (virtual) should be informed at least 30 days in advance of the conference dates. This advance notice allows us to make necessary arrangements and update registration records accordingly.

5. Grievance Redressal

Authors and participants are advised to share their grievances via email to info@ircinfosparks.com along with the snapshot of the payment confirmation page obtained while making the payment.

6. Mode Change Without Refund

Change of mode from Physical (offline) to Virtual (online) is permissible with prior intimation and a proper reason provided by the registered delegate or author. However, refund is not permissible in such cases. The registration fee paid for physical attendance will be adjusted for online participation without any additional charges or refunds.

Refund Processing Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

Alternative to Refunds

In certain cases, candidates may choose to receive a discount voucher for a future IRC INFOSPARKS LLP event instead of a monetary refund. This voucher can be applied toward registration fees for upcoming conferences and events.

To process any refund or mode change request, the following documentation is required:

• Payment confirmation snapshot
• Registration details (name, email, paper ID)
• Reason for refund or mode change request
• Any supporting documentation for the request

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be processed in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation without valid reason
• Change of mode from physical to online participation
• Non-attendance without prior cancellation or mode change request
• Requests submitted after the conference date
• Failure to provide required documentation
