1. Author Responsibility in Publication Process

Publication of papers is solely dependent upon the author’s response to queries and proofreading during the production stage. Authors are expected to:

• Respond promptly to publisher queries and revision requests
• Complete proofreading within specified deadlines
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain communication with publishers throughout the production process

Failure to respond to queries or complete proofreading in a timely manner may result in delays or withdrawal of the paper from publication.

2. Publisher Quality and Ethical Standards

Publishers can decline to publish conference papers that do not meet their quality or ethical standards during the production stage. This may occur if papers:

• Do not meet the required academic quality standards
• Fail to address reviewer or editor feedback adequately
• Contain plagiarism, fabrication, or other ethical violations
• Do not comply with the publisher’s formatting or technical requirements
• Lack originality or significant contribution to the field

2.1 No Refund for Declined Publications

Refund of registration fee cannot be claimed in circumstances where a publisher declines to publish a paper due to quality or ethical standards not being met. The registration fee covers conference participation, presentation, and submission for publication consideration, not a guarantee of publication.

3. Indexing Disclaimer

We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any specific database or indexing service. Important points regarding indexing:

• Indexing services independently evaluate conference papers
• Each indexing service has its own criteria and standards
• Indexing procedures are dynamic and subject to change
• Indexing timelines vary by service and are not under our control
• Previously indexed conferences may not guarantee future indexing

Indexing services such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and others determine independently what they will index based on their own evaluation criteria.

4. Publication Timeline

The publication time for accepted papers is not fixed and depends on multiple factors:

4.1 Standard Processing Time

Papers may take up to 9-10 months from the date of conference completion or even longer for complete processing and publication. This timeline includes:

• Post-conference peer review and revisions
• Author responses to queries and revisions
• Copyediting and formatting
• Proofreading by authors
• Final production and publication

4.2 Timeline Extensions

The publication timeline may be extended due to:

• Unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of organizers or publishers
• Publisher requirements for additional revisions or documentation
• Delayed responses by authors to publishers’ queries and revision requests
• Technical issues in the production process
• Volume-specific compilation and processing requirements

5. Publication Ethics

All submissions must adhere to the highest standards of publication ethics:

• Originality: Papers must be original work not previously published
• Plagiarism: Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate rejection
• Multiple Submissions: Papers should not be under consideration elsewhere simultaneously
• Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant contributions
• Conflicts of Interest: Must be declared transparently
• Data Integrity: Research data must be accurate and verifiable

6. Copyright and Licensing

Authors must comply with the copyright and licensing requirements of the publisher:

• Sign copyright transfer agreements when required
• Understand and comply with open access policies if applicable

• Retain rights as specified in the publisher agreement

7. Post-Publication Corrections

If errors are discovered after publication, authors should:
